These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of any online course provided by FAB CEUS, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or accessing our course(s), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not enroll.
1. Course Access & Delivery
Our courses are delivered entirely online through our Learning Management System (LMS) and provide immediate access to digital content, including PDF materials and a required final quiz.
Once access is granted, the course is considered delivered. Enrollment provides a limited, non-transferable license to access the course for your personal educational use only.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our courses are digital products that provide immediate access to educational content, all sales are final once the course is accessed.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for:
- Partial completion of the course
- Failure to complete the course
- Failure to pass the final quiz
- Dissatisfaction with course content after access has been granted
Access to any portion of the course constitutes delivery of digital products. Additionally, our LMS does not allow us to verify whether materials have been downloaded or saved; therefore, access alone is considered full delivery.
3. Continuing Education (CE) Credit
Our courses are intended to meet Continuing Education (CE) requirements for massage therapists in Florida and other jurisdictions, when applicable.
CE credit is awarded only after:
- All required course content is completed, and
- The final quiz is successfully passed in accordance with provider guidelines.
It is the student’s responsibility to confirm that the course satisfies their specific licensure or renewal requirements with the Florida Board of Massage Therapy or any other applicable regulatory authority.
4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All course content—including videos, PDFs, quizzes, text, graphics, and other materials—is the intellectual property of FAB CEUS, LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may:
- View and use course materials for your personal educational purposes only.
You may not
- Copy, share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish any course materials
- Upload materials to any website, social media platform, or file-sharing service
- Allow any other person to access the course using your account
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
5. Account Use & Student Conduct
You agree to
- Provide accurate and complete enrollment information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Access the course only for yourself
You may not share your account or attempt to bypass or interfere with the LMS or course systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Technical Requirements & Support
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- A compatible device
- Internet access
- Software capable of viewing online content and PDF files

7. Educational Disclaimer
Our courses are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. While we strive for accuracy and compliance with CE standards, we make no guarantees regarding individual outcomes, professional results, or licensing decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, FAB CEUS, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your participation in or inability to access the course, including but not limited to licensing outcomes, technical issues, or lost time.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within our LMS and become effective immediately. Continued use of the course after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
